The premise is an most intriguing back drop catering to a reading audience of epic proportion. This book is not yet featured on Listopia.

In the last chapters the plot very obviously set itself up for a sequel, as if the author was already planning to milk a few more bucks out of the concept before wrapping up the first book.


It’s very rare that a book will make me cringe or even feel nauseous but this did that. Sadly I have a feeling this was a one off which is a shame as Shane Stadler did an exoskeletob job with this book and could have taken it further.

The ending, I thought I expected a bit more than I got from this book. It was a great, relaxing bit of horror.
